The Movement Youth Retreat is more than just a weekend away ! It's a life-changing experience designed to ignite faith, build friendships, and create unforgettable memories! This year, we're heading to the incredible Thousand Pines Christian Camp in Crestline, CA, for an epic few days packed with powerful worship, inspiring messages, and nonstop fun.

Open to both Middle School and High School students, this retreat is a chance to break away from the noise and distractions of everyday life and press into what truly matters. We believe this retreat can be a spiritual catalyst - a defining moment where students grow deeper in their relationship with God and stronger in community with each other.

Theme:

Our theme for this year is Legacy. This summer, we’re inviting students to step into a bigger story—one that goes beyond the moment and leaves a lasting impact. Student's will explore what it means to live a life that stands firm in faith and echoes into eternity. Through powerful worship, real conversations, and unforgettable experiences, students will be challenged to think about the kind of legacy they’re building today—because the choices they make now shape the future they leave behind.

Retreat Cost & Deadlines:

Early Bird Price:

• $125 per student if registered by June 15th.

Regular Price:

• $150 per student for registrations after June 15th.

Thanks to some generous donations, we've been able to lower the cost from the typical $275 down to make it much more affordable!

​

Payment Plan Option:

​We're offering an easy two-part payment plan:

• $75 deposit due at registration.

• $75 remaining balance due by July 27th.

​

If you chose the payment plan, you'll receive a balance bill on July 1st.

Early bird pricing is not available with the payment plan. To receive the $125 rate, full payment must be made by June 15th.

​

Sibling Discount:

• First student: Full price.

• Additional siblings: $25 off each

​

Sibling discounts apply to both early bird and regular pricing. For example: If you register two students by June 15th and pay in full, you'll pay $125 for the first student and $100 for each additional sibling.

​

Final Requirements:

• All payments and forms are due by July 27th.

• Spaces are limited, so don't wait to register!

Parent note: 

Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A follow-up email will be sent shortly after with a Parent Packet that includes everything you need to know about the retreat—packing lists, schedule details, medical forms, and more.

Leaving and Returning:

Students should arrive at the church on Friday, August 22nd at 3:30 PM for check-in and departure

We’ll return to the church on Sunday, August 24th at approximately 10:30 AM. Please plan transportation accordingly and arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up.
